And if he is happy, he tells his friends about the seller, posts photos on social networks, since he did not expect such care. And this, in turn, leads to a viral effect and brings in new customers, which means advertising is reduced significantly. And these clients become his clients for life. But, you cannot achieve this with dropshipping, since you do not have product interaction with the client.
